About these terms
These terms apply to Draft Builder AI and lanternlordlabs.com, provided by Lanternlord Labs, an assumed business name of Greystead Ventures LLC.
The service
Draft Builder AI helps merchants prepare editable Shopify product drafts for downloadable and digital products. It does not publish products automatically. The merchant is responsible for reviewing the listing, attaching the actual customer download, checking category and collection placement, and choosing whether to publish.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your Shopify account, the content you upload, the products you sell, and the accuracy and legality of the final listing. You must have the rights needed to use all uploaded images, files, names, trademarks, and product information.
Generated content
AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. Review and edit every draft before using it. Draft Builder AI does not determine or grant copyright, trademark, resale, licensing, or other legal rights.
Credits and payment
One credit creates one complete draft. Credit packs are one-time purchases processed through Shopify. There is no subscription. Credits have no time-based expiration, but Shopify-required data deletion after uninstall permanently removes the stored credit balance. Additional rules appear in the Credits and Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, or use it to create unlawful or deceptive listings.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not promised. Features may change when reasonably necessary for security, platform compatibility, legal requirements, or service operation.
Ending use
You may stop using the service and uninstall the app through Shopify. Uninstalling revokes access and stops pending work. Merchant-linked records remain until Shopify sends an authenticated shop-redaction request, when they are permanently deleted as described in the Data Retention and Deletion Policy.
