Lanternlord Labs is an assumed business name of Greystead Ventures LLC, located in Indiana, United States. This policy covers lanternlordlabs.com and Draft Builder AI.
The public website
This public website does not provide accounts, analytics, advertising trackers, newsletter signups, or a contact-form backend. If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message and related contact information.
Information Draft Builder AI processes
- Installation, authentication, and available Shopify staff or session metadata needed to connect the app to the correct store.
- Store settings, merchant rules, and the learned store profile.
- Eligible active digital-product listing samples used when the merchant chooses store-style learning.
- Uploaded product images and related image metadata.
- Generated drafts, merchant edits, Shopify product status, and Shopify product identifiers.
- Credit balances, credit history, Shopify purchase status, and billing-ledger records.
- AI operation, recovery, and usage metadata needed to prevent duplicate requests and recover interrupted work.
- Security, audit, rate-limit, webhook-receipt, and content-free analytics records needed to operate and protect the service.
Draft Builder AI does not request or store Shopify customer or order records.
How information is used
We use this information to provide draft generation, create merchant-approved Shopify draft products, maintain credits, support the merchant, protect the service, and diagnose failures.
AI processing
OpenAI processes eligible active product-listing samples when the merchant chooses store-profile learning, and processes the selected product image and relevant store profile when generating a draft. Merchants should upload only content they are authorized to use and should not upload unnecessary personal or confidential information.
Shopify and service providers
- Shopify provides installation, authentication, product APIs, webhooks, and one-time app purchases.
- OpenAI provides store-profile learning and image-to-draft generation.
- Render and PostgreSQL provide the web service, background worker, and application database.
- Cloudflare R2 provides private storage for uploaded images.
- Sentry receives restricted error codes and performance traces for error diagnosis and service monitoring.
Retention and deletion
Different information may be kept for different periods based on operational, security, support, and legal needs. See the Data Retention and Deletion Policy for the current approach and contact us to request assistance.
Your choices
You can choose which product image to upload, edit generated content before creating a Shopify draft, and decide whether to publish that product. Privacy requests may be sent to support@lanternlordlabs.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and Shopify’s required privacy processes.
